    Clark D Stuart II served as a U.S. Navy SEAL for 22 years. As a SEAL he was responsible for a wide range of operations conducted throughout the world and has been a special U.S. representative to foreign heads of state on matters of national defense. His advanced knowledge of intelligence operations made him a leader in the research and development of tactics currently used in the global war on terrorism.


    Clark is the founder of CS&Associates and has been an associate instructor for Communications and Management Professionals for 15 years. He holds a Masters of Science in Management degree and conducts Teambuilding, Leadership and Communications skills training across the United States.

    Battlefield to Boardroom: Lessons Learned from U.S. Navy SEALs

      Clark D Stuart's distinguished career as an officer in the U.S. Navy SEAL community included being the Advanced Training Officer and Scout Sniper Instructor for the Navy's elite counter terrorism unit. These experiences gave him an insight into the different training and learning methodologies applied by individuals working towards the attainment of their goals. Clark discovered that there were distinct and identifiable differences between those who succeeded and those who did not in this demanding arena. There were specific principles applied by some individuals that made them more successful than others. These principles could be learned and applied by anyone who had a desire to excel. These insights enabled him to identify and develop a five-step program that made the difference between success and failure in any skill that SEALs were tasked to perform. Those individuals who pursued their goals employing this process with near fanatical fervor were consistently recognized as the best in their fields.


    Battlefield to Boardroom is a blueprint of the five-step process and presents those elements that contributed to the success or failure of any goal achievement. What Clark discovered is that when applied, it can work in any walk of life for anyone that desires to achieve their dreams.

      An absolute truth, sometimes called a universal truth, is an unalterable and permanent fact. It means that something is true no matter where you are and who says it, i.e., 2 +2 = 4, no matter where you go you get the same answer. A universal truth is something anyone can benefit from. They are simple lessons containing wisdom that often goes unnoticed or gets lost in the daily hustle and bustle of our over-stimulated lives. This book is a testament to the struggles that we all face every day in our lives that we must rise up to and overcome in order to be our best and to achieve the miracle that we want to see. 


    These principles are used as a part of Clarks Executive Presentations Skills Training Course. Each has its own significance and each is able to stand alone. Although numbered for reference purposes, they are not presented in any particular order of importance. Clearly, there are far more than 100 principles of communications, but these are the ones most likely to resonate. Like all great truths, they have a timeless quality making them just as meaningful today as they were in the beginning of time and ensuring that they will maintain their significance far into the future.
